Our story
Thomas Edibles was born from love - and from loss.
After the passing of my daughter, I found myself searching for something that could help me breathe again. Baking had been such a big part of both me and my daughter’s life that once she was gone, I felt that I no longer could bake without her. Slowly but surely, my daughter’s memory and presence began to show up for me again in the kitchen almost as quiet therapy. The mixing, decorating, and baking all gave my hands something to do while my heart was healing.
What began as a way to cope slowly transformed into a purpose - a small home bakery business re-ignited as it once was before my daughter left this earth.

Thomas Edibles is more than a Luxury home bakery. It is a living tribute to my ladybug (the name I used to call my daughter) - a way to keep my daughter’s spirit alive through beauty, creativity, and the joy shared around every table. Each cookie, cupcake and cake designed detail carries intention, love, and remembrance.
This business helps me honor her memory by creating moments of happiness for others. And in giving sweetness to the world, I continue to find healing myself.
